Description:

Turkesterone is a type of plant and insect steroid known as an ecdysteroid, derived from Cyanotis plants. It has demonstrated support of the hypertrophic effects of exercise in skeletal muscle, and has been shown to assist the increase in 1 rep max in bench press following training (1).
