Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the consultation cost. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the consultation cost will apply. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please get in touch as soon as possible if this is the case, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
