New Delicious Whey Protein Flavour!

Current research shows that most of us don't meet our daily requirements for the semi-essential amino acid Glycine, leading to weak connective tissues and constant soreness throughout our joints, especially as we exercise more. Fortunately, the easiest way to get more Glycine in our diets is to just drink it!

Our naturally sweetened Glycine concentrate formula packs 8g of Glycine into each 10g serve, and also contains Calcium, Branched Chain Amino Acids, and Copper for strong connective tissue structure, healthy hair and skin appearance, improved bone mineral density and free radical damage protection, making it a great daily addition to your diet.

Glycine is primarily used in collagen synthesis, which supports healthy bones, hair, skin, nails and joints. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties make Glycine perfect for endurance athletes to increase recovery, and glycine's role as a neurotransmitter makes it great to take before bed to help support sleep too.

Contains 60 serves per pack, about 2 months' worth.
